Since the announcement that the schools will not reopen for the remainder of the year, we have come up with two options for you and/or your student to pick up the items in their lockers. If your student does not have anything they want to keep from their locker, you will not need to do anything.
Option #1: For those students who are unable or do not want to come into the school to clear out their lockers.
The student or parent can email Mrs. Hunter@ email@example.com and request the locker to be emptied for them. All items in locker will be placed in a bag for student/parent to pick up at the JH front desk. All library books removed from lockers will be returned to the library.
Option #2: Students will sign up for a time to come to the school to clear out their locker.
Students can click on the link below and sign up for a time that works best for them. The students will be allowed 15 minutes to gather all items from their lockers. Please make sure that you are at the school by your assigned time. Being late may cause you to lose your check out time as we are trying to minimize the number of students in the school.
Students are encouraged to turn in any library books to the JH or HS front desks. Students are also able to clean out their PE lockers if they have one during this time.
Students will have until May 21st to clear out their lockers. After this time, the remaining lockers will be cleared out and items donated.
While at the school, students can fill out a Locker Agreement for the 2020-2021 school year. These forms will be available at the JH and HS front desks.
If you would like to have a Locker Agreement emailed to you, please email Mrs. Hunter@ firstname.lastname@example.org.
All 7th and 8th grade students for 2020-2021 will need to have a locker partner. This can easily be done by both students emailing the Locker Agreement to Mrs. Hunter@ email@example.com.
Lockers will be assigned in the order that the request is received.
