About Mr. Blackham
I have taught at ALA for all 17 years of its existence and have grown old with age in the service of my students. I have enjoyed teaching US History, AP US History, Concurrent Enrollment US History, Concurrent Enrollment US Government, US Government, and World History. I am a Utah native. I received my bachelor degree in history from Southern Utah University, my masters degree in history from the University of Utah, and my teaching license from Utah Valley University. I have five children that mean everything to me. I am an avid outdoorsman. I love hunting, fishing, backpacking, four wheeling, hiking, and running. My most exciting run was a marathon to the top of King's Peak and back.
