Drivers Education


Drivers Ed will start on these Dates:

September 1, 2023 to November 29, 2023

January 12,2024 to April 11, 2024

May 10, 2024 to August 8, 2024


Key Reminders

1. You will need to make sure you have AOP Driver Ed put on your schedule for session you want.

2. You will need to take your Learner’s permit and receipt to Mr. Blackham on that first day.

3. You will go to Mr. Blackham's room on the day the class starts at 8:00 in the morning. From there you will receive a code and directions on how to do the class and the times limits you have. Listen closely to the directions.  If they you don’t pass the class you will have to repay ($50 for the classroom portion) and start over. 

4. This is an online class. The only time you will meet is the first day. If you need help you can set up an appointment with Mr. Blackham. If you need any other information contact Mr. Blackham.

Important Note:  ALA instructors avoid driving 1-on-1 with any student.  Every effort will be made to schedule a student driver and at least one student observer.  If a partner cannot be found or cancels last minute that drive will need to be rescheduled.
