About Mrs. McClure
I was born in Pennsylvania in 1975. I have moved 4 times in my life and have lived in Maryland, Minnesota, Colorado and Utah. I went to college at the University of Northern Colorado, in Greeley, Colorado, where I earned a BS in Political Science and a minor in Pre-Law. I am a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority too. I was married in July, 1997 after I graduated college to my college sweetheart. I chose not to attend law school, but did go to paralegal school. I earned my Paralegal Degree in December, 1997, after attending Denver Paralegal Institute. My first job was at the law firm Block, Marcus, Williams, LLC, in Denver, Colorado, where I worked as an administrative assistant. In 1998, my husband and I moved to Orem, Utah. While my husband finished his Masters Degree at BYU, I worked at the law firm of Jeffs & Jeffs, P.C. in Provo, Utah, as a legal secretary. I worked at this law firm for 4 years. My husband has coached at BYU, and we have lived in Utah for the past 21 years. I have 2 daughters, Madyson and Payton. I love to cook, hike, read, watch documentaries, and be a mom. I began my career at ALA as an Instructional Assistant, I have headed several committees, I was Parent Council President, and I have been teaching for 6 years. I am working on my Masters in Education and Curriculum with WGU. I expect to have my Masters Degree by August 2020.
