How do I keep track of all of my student(s) lunch balances and lunch transactions?
We are pleased to announce online meal payment is available via your Infinite Campus parent account.
To make an online payment:
- Log into your parent account
- Select FOOD SERVICE from the drop down menu
- From this screen you can see a list of your students and their current balances
- If you wish to see their transaction history select VIEW next to the students name
- To make a payment select PAY Type the amount you wish to add by each students account
- Select ADD TO CART
- When you are ready to pay Select the Shopping Cart icon at the top
- If you have not already done so you will need to add a payment method
- You can save this method for future payments
- Add your email to receive an emailed receipt
- Please be aware that a 3% service fee is charged for this service by infinite campus
You are also welcome to make payments at the JH front office in person or over the phone. Cash transactions are available with no transaction fee. If you have any questions or notice any concerns on your students accounts please email: Nutritiondirector@americanleadership.net.

Why do I have a balance?
-It takes up to 2 business days for payments to reflect in our system when making an online payment. Sorry for any inconvenience.
-Sometimes students decide to eat breakfast or lunch even when they eat at home or bring a home lunch. Staff will not stop a student from charging breakfast or lunch unless we are explicitly asked to do so by their parents/guardian.These charges are still the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Make sure to have a conversation with your student about their ability to eat school breakfast or lunch.
-Students in Elementary are not allowed to charge a second meal. Secondary students are not allowed to buy a second meal unless we are given permission in advance from the parent/guardian and the students lunch balance is in the positive. If you believe your student has been charged for a second meal or have any other questions/concerns please email the nutrition director and request a review of your account. Please note that second meals are charged at the full paid rate regardless of if a student qualifies for free or reduced lunch.
