ALA Choir 2026 - 2027
Dear Choir Families and Students,
WE DID IT! The auditions for the 2026–2027 school year are officially complete, and I am sitting here absolutely bursting with pride. The talent, courage, and hard work displayed over the last week were inspiring. Our choir culture is built on kindness, support, and taking big risks, and every single one of you showed up and put your heart on the line.
A massive WAY TO GO and CONGRATULATIONS to our new rosters! Whether you are stepping onto the stage for the first time or moving up to a new tier, you earned your spot, and I cannot wait to make incredible music with you.
CRITICAL NEXT STEP: Accept Your Spot & Join BAND!
To finalize our numbers and get the music and t-shirts ordered, everyone must complete the following two steps by Monday, June 1st:
Email Your Acceptance: Reply to my email cbennett@americanleadership.net to officially accept your position in your designated choir(s), as well as any specific leadership positions that have been offered to you.
Join Your BAND Group: Click the appropriate link below to join the BAND group for your specific choir. This is our primary tool for announcements, rehearsal schedules, and quick communication, so all students and at least one parent/guardian need to join:
A Special Note for New EVO Members – Admittance into our advanced high school group, EVO, is a huge honor—and it comes with high expectations! Please remember that your spot in EVO is strictly contingent on your enrollment into Concert Choir. We utilize Concert Choir to build the advanced sight-reading skills, vocal technique, and rapid learning speeds that allow us to pull off EVO’s elite competitive sets. Being in both ensures we hit the ground running!
Looking Ahead to Summer
Keep an eye on your BAND next week! I will be sending out details regarding our Summer Prep Work for each individual choir. We have big goals for this coming year, and getting a head start over the summer is how we turn good sets into championship sets.
