About Mrs. Roberts

The Basics:

I’m Cindee Roberts, a mom of 11 children and have 24 grandchildren. I live in Payson with my husband. I enjoy reading, teaching, music, and being with my family. I grew up in a military family and my husband retired from the military. So, I have moved around a lot, including living 6 ½ years in Japan. I love learning and expect to learn right along with my students this year as we investigate and gain knowledge about the world around us.

Education:

Because I raised my family first, my education has been done backwards. Even though I have been teaching in some fashion or another since the age of 14, I am just now finishing my BA degree. When I graduate, I will have a Major in University Studies, Minor in Marriage and Family, and 3 certificates: Home and Family, Parent and Family Education, and Education Foundations. I will work towards licensure using an alternative route. I have taught in my Church, in the community, for the Military, and in my home by homeschooling for 20+ years. I love teaching and find great satisfaction in helping others gain knowledge in a fun way!
