Safety Protocols
  • All students and staff entering the building may be subject to temperature check
  • All visitors or contract personnel are required to check in at the front office and may be subject to temperature check and may need to complete the COVID-19 symptom checklist.
  • Buildings are open for faculty and staff dependent upon state guidelines.
  • Masks or face shields will be required based on state guidelines.
  • Additional cleaning and sanitizing procedures will continue.
  • Any student showing symptoms will be isolated and parent will be called for immediate pick up.

Students
  • Online only
  • No students will be allowed in the building.  The only exceptions are; As allowed by governmental decree, to receive essential services or tutoring in one-on-one or small group instruction.
  • Half of the student body will attend in person for one week, and the other half will attend the next week.  When students are not attending in person, they will be required to attend via online. 
  • In regard to students with IEP’s; teachers may offer one on one or small group instruction in the classroom.
  • Teachers may invite struggling students to come to the school for small groups on Fridays.
  • Students will be attending school in person.  
  • Students who are uncomfortable attending classes on campus OR students with predetermined health conditions are allowed to continue online coursework with teacher support.
  • All students are back on campus with online options.
Lunch
  • Food passed out at school in carpool style, Monday-Thursday.
  • Students attending school will receive lunch service following the school’s physical distancing practice.
  • Students attending via online can receive a pre-packaged lunch available for pick up at the school.

Attendance
  • Attendance will be based on lesson completion and/or attendance in online meeting.

  • Students must complete a minimum of 80% of the evidence recorded in powerschool in order to receive a grade. 
  • If less than 80% is attempted by the student, the teacher will enter an NG (No Grade), as the student has not submitted enough evidence for the teacher to confidently issue credit for the course.
