Coming up March 19, 2024, ALA will have their annual Reality Town event!

Reality Town is a fun hands-on activity for our 8th grade students. They will participate in a 3 hour simulation that is run by our teachers, community members and parent volunteers. Students become 30 year olds with a career and family for the day. They have to budget and meet the basic needs of their family by visiting 22 different booths for things like groceries, childcare, clothing, etc.
