Tryout Only
Students are admitted to the cheerleading class through a tryout process. Tryouts are held each spring before a panel of qualified, outside judges. Students must have a 3.0 quarter GPA to try out and must maintain a 3.0 quarter GPA to remain in the class. Students are graded on their class time performance only. All extracurricular commitments are governed by a demerit system. Fulfills a graduation requirement for PE Elective.
