Ceramics I

Requires Art Foundations I or II Prerequisites
Students will begin to learn three-dimensional problem solving as they explore and create with clay. Students will experience ceramics through the three hand building techniques: slab building, coiling, and pinching. Students will learn the techniques, and terms to successfully create, fire and glaze their work.
