Fitness for Life

This class is a fitness class designed to help students with strength, flexibility, endurance, and weight control. Students will reach an acceptable level of physical fitness. Activities include jogging, aerobics, game sports and a variety of others. Scores on fitness tests are not used as the primary or only measure of success in Fitness for Life. Required for graduation.
