Secondary Mathematics II Alternative Track

(A and B)
This is a two-year course covering all of the standards for Secondary Math II, plus review of the pertinent secondary Math I standards in order to give students the necessary time and support to enable them to successfully pass Secondary Math II
Secondary Math II A: The first year course will cover the algebra, functions, and number systems standards. These include number systems, radicals, complex numbers, exponents, and polynomials, with a course focus on quadratic functions.
Secondary Math II B: The second year course will cover the statistics and geometry standards. These include probability, angle and triangle congruence, triangle similarity, proofs, right triangle trigonometry, circles, quadrilaterals, and 3D solids.
