About Mrs. Brough
I was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania and had never been west of Cleveland until I ventured out for school, determined to see more of the country. I ended up at Idaho State University, where I graduated with my undergraduate degree in 2006. It turns out the call to "go west" was right, as I meet my husband while attending school there. I have two children, Elijah (age 13) and Lily (age 10). We eventually moved back East, where I continued my education at Penn State: the Behrend College. However, the west came calling again and I have now lived in Spanish Fork for eight years. I have grown to love the mountains and enjoy hiking in them as often as possible. I am also a voracious reader and consumer of hot cocoa. Autumn is my favorite time of year, people are always surprised to hear I don't like pizza, and cheesecake makes the world go round.
I have worked at ALA for several years now and look forward to teaching Kindergarten!
