Position:  Title 1 Instructional Assistant

Starting Date:  Immediately

Location:  American Leadership Academy—898 West 1100 South, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 

Hourly Pay: Starting pay at $15 per hour. Pay based on experience. (29 hours per week)

 Description:

Instructional Assistant will use provided evidence-based curriculum to work with elementary students in small groups or individually to improve reading skills. Once a week, the instructional assistant will monitor the progress of students using provided materials, then enter the results into an online platform.

Qualifications and Credentials:

1. HS graduate

2. Preferred 60 hours from an accredited college (If not enough college hours, you will need to take a test to become a Para-Professional)

3. Competent in the English Language

4. Good reading and math skills

5. Willing to learn

6. Enjoys working with children
