Sign Up for Friday Enrichment

Parents,

Please complete this form when you would like you child to attend Friday Enrichment. Friday Enrichment will be held from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. PLEASE SIGN YOUR STUDENT UP FOR FRIDAY ENRICHMENT BY WEDNESDAY EVENING OF THE WEEK. This helps the teachers properly prepare materials. There is not a fee for Friday Enrichment.
